They include debugging commands to help withtroubleshooting.Dump information contains internal switch state data that is written to flashmemory on the RackSwitch G8264 after any one of the following occurs: The watchdog timer forces a switch reboot. The purpose of the watchdog timer isto reboot the switch if the switch software freezes. The switch detects a hardware or software problem that requires a reboot.To use the maintenance commands, you must be logged in to the switch as theadministrator.Table 402.
