The paper can be blank, or it can be apaper copy of the transparency.If [None] is selected, no sheets are interleaved with the transparencies.If [Blank] is selected, a blank sheet of paper is inserted between eachtransparency.If [Printed] is selected, a printed paper from the print job is insertedbetween each transparency.IMPORTANT• The transparencies should be fed from the Stack Bypass.The paper will be fed from a paper drawer.NOTE• If [Printed] is selected, the paper printouts are included inthe [Copies] count.Personality Auto, PS, PCLThis selection enables the machine to process data received from the hostcomputer in the specified data format. Setting the Personality to Autocauses the machine to determine the type of data received from the hoston a job-by-job basis. When printing from applications on a computer, werecommended that you use the Auto setting.NOTE• If you find that the printer does not correctly switch to theappropriate personality when Personality is set to Auto,change the setting manually to match the data you aresending from the host computer.InitializeThe menu settings can be reset to the factory defaults by initializing theprinter settings.When you select [Initialize], the confirmation message “Is it OK to initializethe settings?” is displayed. If you select [Yes], the settings are initialized. Ifyou select [No], the settings are not initialized.IMPORTANT• Do not turn off the printer while the settings are beinginitialized, as this may damage the machine’s memory.
