The Collectclient connection failure traps option, located in the Client Monitorgroup box of the Monitoring Settings tab, and the Enable RF trendingoption, located in the RF Monitor group box, must be enabled. (See“Changing Monitoring Settings” on page 552.)1 Select Reports > Client Errors from the toolbar in the main 3WXMwindow.The Client Errors Report dialog box appears.2 Select the scope type of the report from the Report Scope Type listbox:■ Mobility Domain■ Wireless Switch■ Site■ Building■ Floor■ Coverage Area3 Select the instance for which you want the report. For example, if thescope is Building, select the building.4 Select the time period for the report:■ 1 Hour■ 24 Hours■ 7 Days■ 30 Days5 To change the output directory for the report, click on the button next tooutput directory, navigate to the new directory, and click Select.
