Using the Client Monitor Window 421The window begins accumulating data as soon as the monitoring servicebegins monitoring client activity traps from WX switches. The windowaccumulates data from up to 1000 traps, then begins discarding theoldest traps to make way for new traps.If data does not appear in the window, check the bottom of the windowfor a message. If the message Error: The requested service is not enabledis displayed, you need to enable the Client Monitor options on themonitoring service. By default, the monitoring service does not provideclient data to the Monitor tab. To enable the service to provide clientdata, enable the Client Monitor options on the Monitoring Settings tab ofthe 3WXM Service Setup window. (See “Terminating a Client’s Session” on page 445.)Locate Displays the user’s location on the floor plan. (See“Displaying a Client’s Geographical Location” onpage 445.)Remove Watch Removes the user from the tracking list, so that 3WXMstops collecting session and roaming data for the user.Report Opens the Watch List Client Report dialog box, whichenables you to generate a report for specific clients on thewatch list.
