Fordetails, see Sending an Embedded Fax on page 157.• Server Fax : This option scans the document, then sends it to a fax server, which transmits thedocument to a fax machine. For details, see Sending a Server Fax on page 169.• Internet Fax : This option scans the document, then emails it to a recipient. For details, see Sendingan Internet Fax on page 175.• LAN Fax : This option sends the current print job as a fax. For details, see Sending a LAN Fax onpage 184.Document Glass• Lift the document feeder cover and place thefirst page face down in the upper left corner ofthe document glass.• Align the originals to the matching paper sizeprinted on the edge of the glass.• The document glass accepts paper sizes up to297 x 432 mm (11.7 x 17 in.).• The document glass automatically detectsstandard paper sizes.
