Note that during mountingthe unit rises 10 mm higher than the final height.Mount the ventilation unit on the wall with a mounting plate, asshown in the adjacent figure. Make sure that the unit is horizontallylevel after mounting.INSTALLING THE COOKER HOODThe cooker hood is installed on the bottom of the ventilation unitwith finger nuts (A), which are included in the accessory bag.1. Open the bottom plate of the cooker hood, on which thegrease filter is mounted.2. Lift the cooker hood against the bottom of the ventilationunit. Feed the connection cord (B) at the same time inside thecooker hood.3. Fasten the cooker hood in place with finger nuts.4. Pull the connection cord in place. Use line protection (C) whererequired.Observe in the figure:1. Condensing water outlet2. Exit hole for the condensing water outlet3. DamperMEASURING TUBESThe accessories delivered with the unit include four airflowmeasuring tubes. These can be inserted in the ducts to allow foreasier ventilation adjustment.WATER SEALNOTEThe Vallox Silent Klick water seal package is delivered with theunit. Installation instructions for the water seal are enclosedwith the packaging, and can also be found online at www.vallox.com. When the alternative water seal installation method is used,the ring seal and the locking part must be moved to the pipeconnection part that is mounted on the wall.A B C12312INSTALLATION
