12INTRODUCTIONTIPThe MyVallox Control controlpanel automatically switches tothe sleep mode when the Sleeptime set in the Display settingshas elapsed. You can wake upthe control panel by pressingany control panel button.VENTILATION UNIT CONTROLConnecting the ventilation unit to thecloud serviceThe ventilation unit can be connected to the MyValloxCloud cloud service. The cloud service allows for controllingventilation remotely also, using e.g. a smartphone or tablet.Also the unit software is updated automatically throughthe cloud service. To connect to the cloud service, theventilation unit must be connected to the Internet via LANand registered with the cloud service. At the same time youcreate a MyVallox Cloud account for yourself. Read moreabout the service at www.myvallox.com.Ventilation unit control optionsOperation of the Vallox ventilation unit can be controlled bythe following means:• Through the control panel installed in the building• Through the MyVallox Home local area networkconnection and the MyVallox Home/Cloud user interface.• Through the MyVallox Cloud cloud service and theMyVallox Home/Cloud user interface.• Through a remote monitoring service or buildingautomation that uses voltage signals or ModbusmessagesIn addition to the integrated humidity sensor, ventilationcan also be adjusted automatically using the optionalcarbon dioxide and humidity sensors. When these areused, ventilation remains optimal even when the dwelling isunoccupied.Each user can use the week clock to adjust the ventilation tofit their individual lifestyle. |
