20TROUBLESHOOTINGPhenomenon Cause What to doPower is not turned on.DC input terminal of the AC Adapter isnot properly connected.Power supply plug is not properly con-nected.The AC cord is not properly connected tothe AC Adapter.Connect the DC input terminal of theAC Adapter to DC IN connector of thismonitor.Connect the power supply plug to theAC outlet.Connect the AC cord to the AC Adapter.NO SIGNAL is displayed on the centerof the screen and picture is not dis-played.Cable is not properly connected.Cable is not connected to respectivesignal input.Connect the respective cable properly.Connect the cable properly to its respec-tive input.Color is abnormal (red and blue is reverse,sync is not in order) during ComponentInput.Connection of the input signals are not inproper order (Y, Cb, Cr).Rearrange to connect the cables in prop-er order.Menu is not displayed even if MENUbutton is pressed.Menu is not displayed when there is noinput signal.Press the INPUT SELECT button tochange the input signal.Volume cannot adjust even if the - or +button is pressed.Volume cannot be adjusted when pictureis not displayed.Press the INPUT SELECT button tochange to channel with input.Input signal cannot change even if theINPUT SELECT button is pressed.Position of picture display during PCinput is shifted.The timing data of connected PC is notsupported.Press the AUTO button for automatictuning.In cases when it is still shifted, readpage 19 and follow the procedure forauto tuning.The INPUT SELECT button is pressedwhile onscreen display of PROCESSINGdisplays on the screen.Press the INPUT SELECT button afteronscreen display of PROCESSING dis-appeared.The power cord insulation is damaged.The power cord and the power plug ofthe AC Adapter are hot during use.The power cord gets warm or hot if bentor pulled during use.The power cord or the plug is damaged.If you continue to use it, a fire or electricshock may occur.Unplug the AC Adapter immediately,and refer servicing to qualified servicepersonnel.
