Making Copies13EnglishThis section describes how to copy text andillustrations drawn on the screen.1 Set the power switch to on ( I ).• “ ” will light on the Multi-Copy/ErrorIndicator to indicate that the unit is ready tocopy.• The screen will move to home position andstop.2 Press the Copy Key .• Text and illustrations on the screen will becopied and copies emerge from the outputport.• The output port can hold up to 10 sheets ofcopy paper. (Note that exceeding the outputport’s capacity may result in paper jams.)• For details on making multiple copies, 2-screen copies and so on, see “Copy typesand procedures” on this page.Note• Do not use paper that has been copied onone side by this printer as copy paper in thisunit or in any other copiers or printers as thismay result in dirty rollers, degradation ofprinting quality, paper jams, and streaks andsmudges on output paper.• Do not write on the back side of the outputpaper from this unit.
