Try changing the activechannel on the WLAN router.Internet Connection Not Available / Audio VideoSharing Not WorkingIf the MAC address (a unique identifier number) ofyour PC or modem has been permanently registered,it is possible that your TV might not connect tothe internet. In such a case, the MAC address isauthenticated each time when you connect to theinternet. This is a precaution against unauthorizedaccess. Since your TV has its own MAC address,your internet service provider cannot validate the MACaddress of your TV. For this reason, your TV cannotconnect to the internet. Contact your internet serviceprovider and request information on how to connecta different device, such as your TV, to the internet.It is also possible that the connection may not beavailable due to a firewall problem. If you thinkthis causes your problem, contact your internetservice provider. A firewall might be the reason of aconnectivity and discovery problem while using theTV in Audio Video Sharing mode or while browsingvia Audio Video Sharing feature.Invalid DomainEnsure that you have already logged on to your PCwith an authorized username/password and alsoensure that your domain is active, prior to sharingany files in your media server program on your PC. Ifthe domain is invalid, this might cause problems whilebrowsing files in Audio Video Sharing mode.Using Audio Video Sharing Network ServiceAudio Video Sharing feature uses a standard that easesthe viewing process of digital electronics and makesthem more convenient to use on a home network.This standard allows you to view and play photos, musicand videos stored in the media server connected to yourhome network.1. Nero Media Home InstallationThe Audio Video Sharing feature cannot be usedif the server programme is not installed onto yourPC. Please prepare your PC with the Nero MediaHome programme. For more information about theinstallation, please refer to the “Nero Media HomeInstallation” section.2. Connect to a Wired or Wireless NetworkSee the Wired/Wireless Connectivity chapters fordetailed configuration information.3. Play Shared Files via Media PlayerSelect Media Player by using the Left or Right buttonsfrom the main menu and press OK. The media browserwill then be displayed.Audio Video SharingAudio Video Sharing support is only available in theMedia Player Folder mode. To enable folder mode,go to the Setup tab in the main media browser screenand press OK. Highlight View Style and set to Folderusing the Left or Right buttons. Select the desired mediatype and press OK.If sharing configurations are set properly, DeviceSelection screen will be displayed after selecting thedesired media type. If available networks are found,they will be listed on this screen. Select media serveror network that you want to connect to using the Upor Down buttons and press OK. If you want to refreshthe device list, press the Green button. You can pressMenu to exit.If you select the media type as Videos and choosea device from the selection menu. Then select thefolder with video files in it on the next screen and allthe available video files will be listed.To play other media types from this screen, you mustgo back to main Media Player screen and select themedia type as desired and then perform the networkselection again. Refer to the Media Player menu sectionfor further information on file playback.Subtitle files do not work if you watch videos fromyour network through Audio Video Sharing feature.You can connect only one television to the samenetwork. If a problem occurs with the network, pleaseswitch your television off at the wall socket and backon again. Trick mode and jump are not supported withthe Audio Video Sharing feature.Note: There may be some PC’s which may not be able toutilize the Audio Video Sharing feature due to administratorand security settings (such as business PC’s).For best home network streaming with this TV, the Nerosoftware should be installed.
