This supports many languages as there are 12 keys on a touchtone phone andyou can record up to 100 Custom Service menus. One twelfth of these menus can be recordedin one language if you desire. Another twelfth can be recorded in another language, and so on.Thus callers can be guided entirely in their native languages. For a multi-cultural country,Custom Service is a truly powerful feature.
