If you use other cleats/shoes you may slip out of the pedals.Riders who are inexperienced in the use of MTB systempedals or road system pedals, also referred to as clickpedals, are vulnerable to falls with potentially seriousconsequences. If you use system pedals, practise clickinginto the pedal and releasing the shoe from the pedal whenthe bike is stationary.
