Do not store the temperature probe in thecooking center.Control PanelIt’s a good idea to wipe the controlpanel after each use. Clean with mildsoap and water or vinegar and water,rinse with clean water and polish drywith a soft cloth. When cleaning, thecontrol panel should be at roomtemperature and not in direct sunlight.Do not use abrasive cleansers, strongliquid cleaners, plastic scouring pads oroven cleaners on the control panel—theywill damage the finish. A 50/50 solutionof vinegar and hot water works well.
