See Multi-RackBaking section for more information.Press the Convection Bake padtwice for one rack convectionbaking. This mode is used forcooking food items on onlyone rack in convection bake.Press the Convection Roast padfor convection roasting.Press the number pads to set thedesired oven temperature.Press the Cooking Time pad.NOTE: If your recipe requires preheating, you mayneed to add additional time to the length of thecooking time.Press the number pads to set thedesired cooking time.Press the Delay Start pad.Press the number pads to set the timeof day you want the oven to turn onand start cooking.If you would like to check the times you have set,press the Delay Start pad to check the start timeyou have set, or press the Cooking Time pad tocheck the length of cooking time you have set.Press the Start pad.NOTE: An attention tone will sound if you areusing timed baking or roasting and do not pressthe Start pad after entering the baking orroasting temperature.When the oven turns on at the timeof day you have set, the display willshow the changing temperature(starting at 100°F) and the cooking time.The display starts changing once thetemperature reaches 100°F.The oven will continue to cook for theprogrammed amount of time, then shutoff automatically.Press the Clear/Off pad to clearthe display if necessary.
