Use Time Defrost for most otherfrozen foods.Auto Defrost automatically sets thedefrosting times and power levels to giveeven defrosting results for meats, poultryand fish.Press the Auto Defrost pad.Using the Conversion Guide atright, enter food weight. Forexample, press pads 1 and 2 for1.2 pounds (1 pound, 3 ounces).Press Start/Pause.Time Defrost is explained in the Usingthe timed microwave features section. Remove meat from package and placeon microwave-safe dish. Twice during defrost, the oven signalsTURN. At each TURN signal, turn thefood over. Remove defrosted meat orshield warm areas with small piecesof foil. After defrosting, most meats needto stand 5 minutes to completedefrosting.
