Safety Instructions Operating Instructions Care and Cleaning Troubleshooting Tips Consumer SupportNOTE: To understand how the oven controlworks, practice using regular (non-Sabbath)Immediate Start and Automatic Stop beforeentering the Sabbath mode.Make sure the clock shows the correct timeof day.Press and hold both the Bake andBroil Hi/Lo pads, at the same time,until the display shows SF.NOTE: If bake or broil appears inthe display, the Bake and Broil Hi/Lopads were not pressed at the sametime. Press the Clear/Off pad andbegin again.Tap the Delay Start pad until SAbbAtH appears in the display.Press the Start pad and ⊃ willappear in the display.Press the Cooking Time pad.On models with number pads, pressthem to set the desired length ofcooking time between 1 minute and9 hours and 99 minutes.On models with Hour and Min + or –pads, press them to set the desiredlength of cooking time between 1minute and 9 hours and 59 minutes.The cooking time that you enteredwill be displayed.Press the Start pad.Press the Bake pad. No signal willbe given.On models with number pads, pressthem in order to set the desiredtemperature.On models with Temp + and – pads,the preset starting temperature willautomatically be set to 350°. Tap theTemp + or – pads to increase ordecrease the temperature in 5°increments. (The Temp + or – padshould be tapped for eachtemperature change; pressing andholding these pads will not allowaccurate temperature setting.)The temperature can be setbetween 170° and 550°.No signal or temperature will begiven.Press the Start pad.After a random delay period ofapproximately 30 seconds to 1minute, ⊃ will appear in thedisplay indicating that the oven isbaking/roasting. If ⊃ does notappear in the display, start againat step 7.To adjust the oven temperature, press theBake pad and enter the new temperatureusing the number pads (on somemodels) or tap the Temp + or – pads (onsome models) to increase or decrease thetemperature in 5° increments. (The Temp+ or – pad should be tapped for eachtemperature change; pressing andholding these pads will not allowaccurate temperature setting.)Press the Start pad.When cooking is finished, the displaywill change from ⊃ to ⊃ and 0:00 willappear, indicating that the oven hasturned OFF but is still set in Sabbath.Remove the cooked food.⊃⊃⊃How to Set Sabbath Feature for Timed Baking/Roasting– Immediate Start and Automatic StopWhen the display shows ⊃ theoven is set in Sabbath. When thedisplay shows ⊃ the oven isbaking/roasting.⊃ge.comHow to Exit the Sabbath FeaturePress the Clear/Off pad.If the oven is cooking, waitfor a random delay period ofapproximately 30 seconds to 1minute, until only ⊃ is in the display.Press and hold both the Bake andBroil Hi/Lo pads, at the same time,until the display shows SF.Tap the Delay Start pad until 12 shdnor no shdn appears in the display. 12shdn indicates that the oven willautomatically turn off after 12 hours.no shdn indicates that the oven willnot automatically turn off.Press the Start pad.NOTE: If a power outage occurred whilethe oven was in Sabbath mode, the ovenwill automatically turn off and the ovencontrol must be reset.or(depending on model)or(depending on model)21++
