Some package instructions for frozencasseroles or main dishes have beendeveloped using commercial convection ovens.For best results in this oven, preheat the ovenand use the temperature on the package.NOTE: The convection fan will cycle on and offwhile cooking to best distribute hot air in theoven.The convection oven fan shuts off when the ovendoor is opened. DO NOT leave the door open forlong periods of time while using convectioncooking or you may shorten the life of theconvection heating element.In a convection oven, a fan circulates hot airover, under and around the food.This circulating hot air is evenly distributedthroughout the oven cavity.
