The display starts changingonce the temperature reaches 100°F.NOTE: On double oven models, when using both ovensat the same time, the times showing in the display willbe for the last oven set. To display the time set for thefirst oven set, press the Delay Start or Cooking Timepad for that oven.The oven will continue to cook for theprogrammed amount of time, then shutoff automatically, unless the Cook and Holdfeature was set. Remember, even thoughthe oven shuts off automatically, food leftin the oven will continue cooking afterthe oven turns off.Using the timed features for convection cooking. ge.comOn double oven models, you can use timed baking or roasting in one oven while using self-clean in the other; you canalso use timed baking or roasting in both ovens at the same time.You will hear a fan while cooking with these features. The fan will stop when the door is opened, but the heat will notturn off.NOTE: Foods that spoil easily—such as milk, eggs, fish, stuffings, poultry and pork—should not be allowed to sit formore than 1 hour before or after cooking. Room temperature promotes the growth of harmful bacteria. Be surethat the oven light is off because heat from the bulb will speed harmful bacteria growth.How to Set an Immediate Start and Automatic StopThe oven will turn on immediately and cook for aselected length of time.
