Screens displayed and available functions vary byprinter. Also refer to the printer manual for additional information.Easy PrintEasily print your shots by connecting the camera to a PictBridge-compatible printer (sold separately) with an interface cable.1 Make sure the camera and printerare off.2 Connect the camera to the printer.● Open the terminal cover and insert thesmaller plug fully into the camera terminalin the orientation shown.● Connect the larger cable plug to theprinter. For other connection details, referto the printer manual.3 Turn the printer on.3 Save the images to the computer.● Click [Download images to computer] >[Start automatic download].● Once images are saved to the Picturesfolder on the computer (in separatefolders named by date), Digital PhotoProfessional starts up automatically anddisplays the imported images.● After images are saved, close EOS Utility,press the ON/OFF button to turn thecamera off, and unplug the cable.● Use Digital Photo Professional to viewimages you save to a computer. To viewmovies, use preinstalled or commonlyavailable software compatible withmovies recorded by the camera.● The first time you connect the camera to the computer, drivers willbe installed, so it may take a few minutes until camera images areaccessible.● Although you can save images to a computer simply byconnecting your camera to the computer without using thesoftware, the following limitations apply.- It may take a few minutes after you connect the camera to thecomputer until camera images are accessible.- Images shot in vertical orientation may be saved in horizontalorientation.- RAW images (or JPEG images recorded with RAW images)may not be saved.- Image protection settings may be cleared from images savedto a computer.- Some problems may occur when saving images or imageinformation, depending on the operating system version, thesoftware in use, or image file sizes.
