2-7Power Door LocksPress the raised side of the switch, marked L on eitherfront door to lock all the doors at once.Press the recessed side of the switch marked U to unlockall the doors at once.The power door locks will operate at any time withoutthe ignition being on.Programmable LocksThe power door locks can be programmed toautomatically lock and unlock depending on the settingsyou have chosen in the Secondary Information Center(SIC). See “Content Theft- Deterrent” inthe Index.Lockout PreventionThis feature protects you from locking your keyin the vehicle when the key is in the ignition and adoor is open.If the power lock switch is pressed when a door is openand the key is in the ignition, all of the doors will lockand then the driver’s door will unlock.
