If theselected speed limit is exceeded, apop-up warning is displayed and achime may sound.Cruise Set Speed: The Cruise SetSpeed display shows the speed thecruise control or Adaptive CruiseControl is set to.Battery Voltage: The BatteryVoltage display shows the currentbattery voltage.Oil Life: The Oil Life display showsan estimate of the oil's remaininguseful life. If REMAINING OIL LIFE99% is displayed, that means 99%of the current oil life remains.When the remaining oil life is low,the CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOONmessage will appear on the display.See Engine Oil Messages onpage 5‑33. Inaddition to the engine oil life systemmonitoring the oil life, additionalmaintenance is recommended in theMaintenance Schedule. SeeMaintenance Schedule onpage 11‑3.Remember, the Oil Life display mustbe reset after each oil change. It willnot reset itself. Also, be careful notto reset the Oil Life displayaccidentally at any time other thanwhen the oil has just been changed.It cannot be reset accurately untilthe next oil change. To reset theengine oil life system, press andhold SEL for several seconds whilethe Oil Life display is active.
