Choose one of the following procedures:• "Shutting down the ASUS DS300f G2 – Telnet Connection" on page 168• "Shutting down the ASUS DS300f G2 – Serial Connection" on page 168ShuttInG Down the aSuS DS300f G2 – telnet connectIonThis function shuts down the ASUS DS300f G2 subsystem on a Telnet connection. Additional action is required,as described below.ImportantIf you have a JBOD Expansion, always power off the RAID subsystem first. Then poweroff the JBOD subsystems.To shutdown the RAID subsystem:1. From the Main Menu, highlight Additional Info and Management and press Enter.2. Highlight Shutdown or Restart and press Enter.3. Highlight Option and press the spacebar to display Shutdown.4. Highlight Submit and press Enter.A warning message appears.5. Press Y to continue.The screen goes blank.6. Wait for no less than two minutes.7.
