SelectLine (factory default) for an image containing text, line art, or a mixture ofthese. Select Photo when the document contains a grayscale or colorimage, such as a photograph. Select Mixed if the document contains amixture of photographic and line images, or halftone images.Note: the scanning speed changes, depending on the selection.
