Ifthe Job Accounting feature (explained in theJob Accounting section) is notenabled, all of the images are stored in directory 0.1. If Job Accountingisenabled, then the images are stored in the directory for the account thatcreated the image. Managing the file system requires the SystemAdministration password.List by AccountThe key operator may examine the storage used by each account.1. Press the Menu key.2. Press the Next key to select SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION. Press Enterto confirm the choice.3. Enter the System Administrator password, and press Enter. The defaultpassword is 0.4. Press the Next key to select FILE SYSTEM. Press Enter to confirm thechoice.5. Press the Next key to select LIST BY ACCOUNT. Press Enter toconfirm the choice.The LIST BY ACCOUNT screen is displayed. The number of images storedunder each account (COUNT) and the percentage of total disk spaceconsumed by the account (SIZE (%)) are shown.Deleting ImagesThe key operator may delete all of the images scanned under any account,or all the images stored on the hard disk for all accounts.1. Press the Menu key.2. Press the Next key to select SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION. Press Enterto confirm the choice.3. Enter the System Administrator password, and press Enter. The defaultpassword is 0.4.
