Section 25290 Terms & Conditions/Warrantywarranties on the phones or other equipment are any limitedwarranties extended by the manufacturers. We have noliability in connection with the phones and other equipmentor for the manufacturers’ acts or omissions, or both.Lost or Stolen EquipmentIf your phone or other equipment is lost or stolen, you mustnotify us by calling Sprint PCS Customer Care. You areresponsible for all charges for Services provided to the Numberfor the lost or stolen equipment before you notify us of the lossor theft. We will deactivate Services to the Number uponnotification to us of any loss or theft. You may be required toprovide evidence of the loss or theft (e.g., a police report oraffidavit). If the equipment is later found, we may require thatyou exchange it for another phone or other equipment beforewe reactivate Services (if we do reactivate Services), as well asrequire you to pay a reactivation fee. We will deactivateServices to any Number without prior notice to you if wesuspect any unlawful or fraudulent use of the Number. Youagree to reasonably cooperate with us in investigatingsuspected unlawful or fraudulent use.Caller IDIf you do not want people you call to get the Number assignedto your phone, you must call Sprint PCS Customer Care forinformation about automatic Caller ID blocking. The Numberassigned to your phone can be blocked on a per-call basis bydialing *67 + Destination Number + TALK. Caller ID deliveryresumes on the next call you make. Caller ID display onincoming calls to your Number is dependent on receiving theinformation from the calling party.
