You can view specially designed textversions of popular Internet sites. Browsing the Sprint PCSWireless Web using your phone is different than using a homecomputer because sites display specialized text and reducedgraphics.Launching the Browser1. Turn the Phone ON. (The phone must be ON for theInternet application to work.)2. Tap the Application Launcher icon .3. Tap the browser icon to open the Internet browser.Tip:Each time the browserapplication is started, amessage is displayed thatreminds you that chargesapply for connection time.This reminder is set bydefault. It can be turnedoff by changing theWebGuard option in thebrowser preferences.4. Once connected, the home page (or last screen visited) isdisplayed.Note: While connected to the Internet, the connectionindicator is displayed on the top of the screen. When thisicon is displayed, charges apply for connection time. If there isa long period of inactivity the Internet connection isautomatically disconnected.
