Section 18212 SecurityResetting Your Lost Password1. From the Security screen, tap the “Password” box.2. Tap the “Lost Password” button.3. Tap “Yes” to confirm the deletion of all records and entriesmarked private.4. Your new password is the last four digits of your phonenumber.Showing or Hiding Private RecordsEntries that are marked private can be hidden to avoid othersfrom seeing your personal entry and records information.Records are only hidden if the security option is enabled. If thesecurity option is disabled, the entries are only tagged to behidden as soon as the security becomes enabled. If you assigna password to your private entries, they can only be viewed byentering the password.Hiding Private Records1. From the Security screen, tap the “Current Privacy” dropdown menu.2. Tap “Hide Records” from the list.3. All records marked “Private” will not be displayed in anymenu or application. Private records will also not beincluded in any searches.Masking Private RecordsWhen private records are masked, a place holder is put in theplace of where the entry would normally be displayed. Whenthe records are hidden, they are not shown in the list at all.1. From the Security screen, tap the “Current Privacy” dropdown menu.2. Tap “Mask Records”.
