Section 13162 Managing MailSending MessagesWhen e-mail is sent from your phone, it is stored in theOutbox folder until a HotSync operation is performed. Duringthe synchronization process, your phone transfers messagesstored in the Outbox to the desktop e-mail application. Themail is then sent from the desktop e-mail application the nexttime it sends mail.Sending a Message1. Create a new message or reply to a message.
