Using the NetworkFunctionThis unit has a network function and you can control aDisplay connected to the network using your computer.The environment necessary for acomputer connectionFirst of all, confirm whether your computer has a wiredLAN.Check the following settings before connecting theDisplay to the computer.Check 1: The LAN cable● Connect the cable properly.● Use a category 5 compatible LAN cable.Check 2: Wired LAN settingsComputer with a built-in wired LAN function● Switch on the wired LAN.Computer without a built-in wired LAN function● Check that the LAN adapter has been recognized andit is switched on.● Install the wired LAN adapter driver beforehand.Refer to the LAN adapter manual for driver installationdetails.Example of network connectionNote● To use the network function, set each item in[Network settings] and make sure to set [Networkcontrol] to [On].When it is set to [On], the power indicator light will beorange under the power “Off” condition in the remotecontrol (stand-by state).■ LAN Terminal connectionPC[LAN][RJ-45] ROUTERINTERNET1.
