1Chapter4 AdjustmentsandSettingsforRecording•RECWARNINGThis is displayed during a recording error. Do therecording over. If this does not solve the problem,consult your supplier.• CARDERRL(R)(L/R):This indicates trouble with the P2 card(s)inserted into the card slot(s).• Turn the power off if the warning continues.• If the warning persists after rerecording, replacethe card with another card.• IRREGULARFRMSIG:The reference signal, such as the GENLOCKinput, is distorted.• L/RDURATIONNG:The duration of the recorded clip is differentbetween the L and R P2 cards.• OVERMAX#CLIPS: The limit for the number of clipsthat can be recorded to one P2 card hasbeen reached.• PULLDOWNERROR: Video pull-down sequenceerror in a mode such as 24P (25P)• RECRAMOVERFLOW: Overflow of recording memory• ERROR: Other causes•RUNDOWNCARDL(R)(L/R)This message indicates that a P2 card has beenoverwritten the maximum number of times and thatnormal recording cannot be guaranteed if operationcontinues.It is best to replace such P2 cards with a new card.•SYSTEMERRORThis message indicates that a system error hasoccurred. This type of error can often be corrected byturning off the power and turning it back on again.• CAMMICONERROR: The microprocessor in thecamera is not responding.• PCONTROLERROR: A P2 control error hasoccurred.• PMICONERROR: The P2 microprocessor does notrespond• PMICONLINKERROR: A connection error betweenP2 microprocessors has occurred.•THUMBNAILOPENThis message is displayed in the viewfinder duringthumbnail operations.•TURNPOWEROFFThis message indicates that an abnormal event hasoccurred, for example, that a card was removed duringaccess or that a system mode change was made.Turn the power off and then turn it back on again.•WARNINGThese messages are displayed when an error related tothe camera block is detected.• FOCUSNGL(R)(L/R): Focus error• ZOOMNGL(R)(L/R): Zoom error• IRISNGL(R)(L/R): Iris error• NDFILTERNGL(R)(L/R): ND filter error• CONV.NGL(R)(L/R): Convergence error• SUBLENSNGL(R)(L/R): Sub-lens error•VERSIONMISMATCHPLEASEUPDATEThis message is displayed if a version mismatch hasoccurred.Perform card updating.•WIRELESSRFThis message indicates that reception from the wirelessreceiver is poor.Camera status display•ABBABB indicator•AUTOKNEE(ON/OFF)Displayed when changing the AUTO KNEE switchposition.•AWBAWB indicator•AWBP3.K/AWBP5.KDisplays the color temperature assigned to PRST whenthe WHITE BAL switch is set to PRST.
