The connection is made through any offour data transmission ports located at the back of the 961/962: threeNMEA ports and one aux port. Each can operate independently, givingyou the flexibility to control four separate devices simultaneously. Theports can also be configured independently to meet the specifications ofmost peripheral navigation equipment; this feature ensures a customizedsetup for virtually any NMEA 0183-compatible device.
