Before Setting Oven ControlsOVEN VENT Oven Vent LocationThe oven vent is located below the backguard. When theoven is on, warm air is released through this vent. Thisventing is necessary for proper air circulation in the ovenand good baking results. DO NOT BLOCK THE VENT.Arranging Oven RacksALWAYS ARRANGE OVEN RACKS WHEN THE OVEN ISCOOL (PRIOR TO OPERATING THE OVEN). Always useoven mitts when using the oven.Removing & Replacing Oven RacksTo remove, pull the rack forward until it stops. Lift up frontof rack and slide out. To replace, fit the rack onto theguides on the oven walls. Tilt the front of the rack upwardand slide the rack back into place.Arranging Oven Racks with 6 Rack PositionsTo bake on a single rack, place the oven rack on position3 or 4.
