Setting the ClockFEATURE OVERVIEWContinuous Bake orTwelveHour Energy Saving ModeKitchen TimerSetting Continuous Bake or 12 Hour Energy SavingThe TIMER SET/OFF (_) and SELF CLEAN @ pads control the ContinuousBake or 12 Hour Energy Saving features. The oven control has a factory presetbuilt-in 12 Hour Energy Saving feature that will shut off the oven if the oven controlis left on for more than 11 hours and 59 minutes. The oven can be programmed tooverride this feature for Continuous Baking.INSTRUCTIONS PRESS DISPLAYTo set the control for Continuous Bake or 12 HourEnergy Saving features:1. Press and hold for 7 seconds (Fig.l). ":12" or .- - willappear in the display and the control will beep once.2. Press @ to switch between the 12 Hour Energy Saving andcontinuous bake features. Note: ":12" in the display indicatesthe control is set for the 12 Hour Energy Saving mode and ":--" indicates the control is set for the Continuous Bake feature(Figures 2 and 3).3. Press (_ to accept the change (Fig. 4; display will returnto time of day) or press (_ to reject the change.for 7 seconds@Figure 1Figure 2(_or _ Figure 3Figure 4Setting Kitchen TimerThe TIMER SET/OFF (_) pad controls the Kitchen Timer feature. The Kitchen Timer serves as an extra timer in thekitchen that will beep when the set time has run out. It does not start or stop cooking. The Kitchen Timer feature canbe used during any of the other oven control functions. Refer to "Minumum and Maximum Control Pad Settings" onpage 10 for time amount settings.INSTRUCTIONSTo set the Kitchen Timer (example for 5 minutes):1. Press (_). "0:00" will appear and "TIMER" will flash in thedisplay (Fig. 5).PRESS DISPLAY@2. Press the number pads to set the desired time in the display(example (_). Press (_. The time will begin to countdown (Fig. 6) and "TIMER" will appear in the display. Note: If(_is not pressed the timer will return to the time of day.3. When the set time has run out, "End" will show in the display(Fig. 7), and 3 beeps every 60 seconds wilt sound until @is pressed.@To cancel the Kitchen Timer before the set time hasrun out:Press @.
