113This section enables you to assign an IP address to each cameraand configure various auto detect settings.Specifying IP LeaseFor configuring the function to assign IP addresses to each networkcamera.Note :● In order to assign an IP address of the network camera using theIP Lease feature, you need to enable the DHCP of the networkcamera. For procedures to enable the DHCP of the networkcamera, refer to the instruction manual of the network camera.1 Select [Auto Detect Setting] from [Main Menu]● The [Auto Detect Settings] screen appears.2 Select [Enable] in [IP Lease]Memo :● If a network uses a multiple number of NVR units, enable the [IPLease] only for one unit. Select [Disable] if a DHCP server isoperating on the same network.● When the [IP Lease] is enabled for two or more devices at thesame time, the IP address may change to a static address, andcause malfunction of the cameras.3 Specify the following items under [IP LeaseParameter]4 Click [OK]● Doing so hides the setting screen and starts IP Lease.● Select ADisableB in Step 2 to stop IP Lease.Auto Detect Settings234[Auto Detect Settings] ScreenItem DescriptionStart Address For specifying the first IP address to beassigned to the cameras.Unit For selecting the number of IP addressesto be assigned to the cameras. If AYesBis selected, you can set the lease time inunits of hours.Client For selecting whether to apply restrictionson the device when assigning the IPaddress. If AOnly CameraB is selected, IPaddress will only be assigned to thecorresponding camera. If AAny ClientB isselected, IP address will be assigned to alldevices.Reserve MACAddressConfigure the [Reserve MAC Address] ifyou want to assign a specific IP address tothe cameras. A specific IP address isalways mapped to a MAC address. Enter avalue in the MAC and IP fields, and click[Add] to set the addresses. To cancel thesetting, select a displayed MAC and IPaddress, and click [Del].
