GPSMAP 60Cx Owner’s Manual 63M AIN MENU >Units SetupUse the Units Setup Page to customize measurementunits.To access the Units Setup Page:On the Setup Menu Page, highlight the Unitsicon, and press ENTER.Position Format—the coordinates for the systemin which a particular location is shown. The defaultformat is latitude and longitude in degrees, minutes,and thousandths of a minute (hdddo mm.mmm).Map Datum—these describe geographic location forsurveying, mapping, and navigation and are not actualmaps built into the unit. The default setting is WGS84. The unit automatically chooses the best datumbased on your chosen format.For more information about selecting PositionFormats and Map Datums, see page 82.Distance/Speed—select the unit of measurement toshow your speed and distance traveled.Elevation (Vert.
