Special features of your oven control._ake i _ro!OHi/LoorChanging the Speed of the + or - Pads (on some models)Asyou use the + or - pads when setting a timeor temperature, you may notice the displaychanges slowly. This special feature allowsyou to change the speed. Toset the speedyouprefer, follow the steps below.[Z] Pressthe Bake and Broil Hi/Lo pads (ondouble oven models, use the upper ovencontrols) at the same time for 3 seconds,until the display shows SKr_ Pressany + pad to increase the speed upto the number 5.Pressany - pad to decrease the speeddown to the number 1.r_ Pressstart to activate the setting andleave the control set in this specialfeatures mode.r_ Pressany + pad. The display will showyou a set speed between I and 5.HJ/LoAuto Recipe'" Conversion (onsomemodels)When using convection bake, theAuto RecipeT"Conversion feature will automatically convertentered regular baking temperatures toconvection baking temperatures.Thisfeature is activated so the display will showthe actual converted (reduced)temperature.For example,if you enter a regular recipetemperature of 350°F and press the Start pad,the display will show CON and the convertedtemperature of 325°KNOTE:This feature does not convert convectionbake cooking times, only regular bakingtemperatures.To deactivate the feature:E_ Pressthe Bake and Broil Hi/Lo pads(on double oven models, use the upperoven controls) at the same time for 3seconds, until the display shows Slr.[] Pressthe Convection Bake pad. Thedisplay will show CON ON. PresstheConvection Bake pad again. The displaywill show CON OFF.[] Press the Start pad.To reactivate the feature, repeat steps 1-3above but press the Start pad when CON ONis in the display.OFContro! Lockout(depending on model)Control LockoutYour control will allow you to lock out the presspads so they cannot be activated when pressed.NOTE:On double ovens with press pad controlsfor both ovens, this activates this feature forboth ovens.To lock/unlock the controls:%r21Pressthe Hour and Min - pads or the 9and 0 pads (depending on model) at thesame time for 3 seconds until the displayshows LOCON.To unlock the control, press the Hour andMin - pads or the 9 and 0 pads(depending on model) at the same timefor 3 seconds until the display shows LOCOFF.When this feature is on and the press pads arepressed,the control will beep and the displaywill show LOC ON.Thecontrol lockout mode affects all presspads. No press pads will work when thisfeature is activated.On models with oven knob(s), this feature isnot available for the lower oven.This adjustment will be retained in memoryafter a power failure.20
