The following are the featuresand how you may activate them.The special feature modes can only be activated while the display is showing the time of day. They remain in thecontrol’s memory until the steps are repeated.When the display shows your choice, touch the START pad. The special features will remain in memory aftera power failure, except for the Sabbath feature, which will have to be reset.12-Hour ShutdownWith this feature, should you forget and leave theoven on, the control will automatically turn offthe oven after 12 hours during baking functionsof after 3 hours during a broil function.If you wish to turnOFF this feature,follow the steps below.Touch theBROIL andBAKE padsat the same time for 3 seconds untilthe display showsSF.Touch theSTART TIME pad untilno shdn (no shut-off) appears in thedisplay.Touch theSTART pad to activatethe no shut-off and leave the controlset in this special features mode.Fahrenheit or Celsius Temperature SelectionYour oven control is set to use the Fahrenheittemperature selections but you may change thisto use the Celsious selections.Touch theBROIL andBAKE padsat the same time for 3 seconds untilthe display showsSF.Touch theBROIL andCOOK TIMEpads. The display will showF (Fahrenheit).Touch theBROIL andCOOK TIMEpads again. The display will showC (Celsius).Touch theSTART pad.Tones at the End of a Timed CycleAt the end of a timed cycle, 3 short beeps willsound followed by one beep every 6 secondsuntil theOFFpad is touched. This continual6-second beep may be canceled.To cancel the 6-second beep:Touch theBROILandBAKE padsat the same time for 3 seconds untilthe display showsSF.Touch theTIMER pad. The displayshowsCON BEEP (continuous beep).Touch theTIMER pad again. Thedisplay showsBEEP. (This cancels theone beep every 6 seconds.)Touch theSTART pad.Control LockoutYour control will allow you to lock out the touchpads so they cannot be activated when touched.To activatethis feature:Touch the9 and0 pads at the sametime for 5 seconds until the controlbeeps twice.
