An ICD file is generated for the C70 by the EnerVista UR Setup software that describe the capabilities of the IED.2. The ICD file is then imported into a system configurator along with other ICD files for other IEDs (from GE or other ven-dors) for system configuration.3. The result is saved to a SCD file, which is then imported back to EnerVista UR Setup to create one or more settingsfile(s).
