You must then start the procedure from the beginning.• If your machine is set to manually receive, and the machine rings while you are registeringinformation, pick up the handset. If you hear a slow beep tone, the sender is trying to sendyou a document. Press (Stop) ➞ (Start) to receive the document, then hang up thehandset.Using the MenusThe machine employs a menu system you can use to register important information or set upimportant features. Here, we describe how to display and operate these menus.
