All othervideo types can be upscaled on both the analog and HDMI video outputs.You can change any of the options by highlighting then and using the ‘OK’ button totoggle/cycle through the available options.If you are using the HDMI output on the ClearStream, you can either let the playerauto detect the HDMI output resolution, or manually set it.When using the HDMI output port, the analog video outputs are disabled.1080P output is available only on HDMI.TV Standard Changes the video output mode for the Analogue video output. Not all settingsare compatible with all connection modes. See below table for available videomodes.TV Type Changes the output between WideScreen (16:9) or Standard (4:3). Most flatpanel display devices are in the WideScreen format.HDMI Mode Change the video output modem for the HDMI video output. You can onlyalter this setting when HDMI mode it is in use. Displays ‘NA’ when HDMI not inuse. Set to Auto-Detect for the player to automatically workout the bestresolution for your TV.Output Displays the currently active output mode. Shows ‘DVI/HDMI’ when HDMIoutput is active and ‘S-Video/Component/SCART’ when HDMI is not activeand Analog outputs are in use. You cannot change this setting it is just aninformational status.Click on ‘Apply Settings’ when you are finished. The ClearStream will pop up awindow asking you to confirm that you wish to accept the changes.The player has a 10 second time out on the confirmation window, so if your displaydevice does not support the video mode that you have selected and you see a blankor corrupted screen, you can wait for this timer to expire and the player will revertback to the previous video mode.
