You can use the arrow buttons on the touch screen tochange the X and Y dimension values for the paper you load. After you havechanged your Paper Size information, touch the Save button.The following paragraphs will provide you with instructions to use when loadingspecific paper types, such as transparencies, drilled paper, tabs, heavyweightpaper, and envelopes.TransparenciesLoad transparencies into the Bypass Tray face up, or into Trays 1-4 face down.Be sure to select Transparency as the media type on the Touch Screen.Hole PunchedLoad hole punched and perforated paper in Tray 1, Tray 2, Tray 3 and Tray 4face down, with the holes on the leading edge (left). Load hole punched paper inthe Bypass Tray face up, with the holes on the leading edge (right). Be sure toselect Hole Punched as the paper type on the touch screen.Tabbed StockLoad tabbed stock only into the bypass tray. Tabbed stocks should be loadedface up with the tabs on the trailing edge.NOTE: Tabbed stock cannot be inserted inside a copying job - tabs can onlybe processed as covers, or as an entire copy job.Be sure to select the proper Paper Type after loading the tabbed stock.Heavyweight StockLoad Heavyweight stock into any of the paper trays.NOTE: Heavyweight 2 stock from 177gsm to 220gsm can be loaded in Trays1-4. Heavyweight 2 stock from 177gsm to 300gsm can be loaded inthe Bypass Tray.Be sure to select the proper Heavyweight Paper Type after loading the tray.EnvelopesEnvelopes can only be loaded into the Bypass Tray. Place the envelopes intothe Bypass tray face up. The flaps should ALWAYS be closed and on the leading(right) edge.Your machine can feed the following types of envelopes:• C4 (LEF): 229mm x 324mm• C5 (LEF): 229mm x 162mm
