Check that the specifications are met.Specifications. Difference in surface level (Z direction): 0 ?40 μm. LED pitch in the Y direction: 1260 ?40 μm. LED linearity in the X direction: 0 ?80 μmIf the specifications are not met, align the display unit in the Z/X directions and Y direction again.(Refer to steps 5 and 6.) Then, check that the specifications are met again.8. Save the data on the monitor of unit alignment tool. ([Data Save] button)9. Stop the unit alignment tool ([Stop] button) and turn off the battery. Disconnect the two cords of theunit alignment tool.
