2-25 (E)ZRD-1/ZRD-2/ZRCT-100/ZRCT-200(3) Align the display unit in the Y direction.Measuring device: Monitor of unit alignment toolAdjustment device: Eccentric pins (long) inserted into the Y adjustinghole and hexagon wrenchesSpecification (LED pitch in the Y direction): 1260 ?20 μmnMove the eccentric pin (actually, move hexagon wrench) little by little.When you move one eccentric pin greatly at a time, it becomes stuck and the adjustment cannotbe made.t. “2-4-7. Adjustment Screen of Unit Alignment Tool”. “2-4-8. Adjustment Mechanism”(4) Tighten the eight screws. (Tightening torque: 3.0 ?0.3 N.m)(5) Remove all eccentric pins (long) and hexagon wrenches.7. Check that the specifications are met.Specifications. Difference in surface level (Z direction): 0 ?40 μm. LED pitch in the Y direction: 1260 ?40 μm. LED linearity in the X direction: 0 ?80 μmIf the specifications are not met, align the display unit in the Z/X directions and Y direction again.(Refer to steps 5 and 6.) Then, check that the specifications are met again.8. Save the data on the monitor of unit alignment tool. ([Data Save] button)9. Stop the unit alignment tool ([Stop] button) and turn off the battery. Disconnect the two cords of theunit alignment tool. You can disconnect whichever cords, USB cable or power cord, first.tThe unit alignment tool can remain attached to the display unit until it is attached to the next displayunit.The installation of the first display unit in the row is completed.For the installation of the display unit other than the first display unit in the row, proceed to “2-4-5.
