If you run intounexpected trouble, look first for a solution in the table below. If, after trying the suggested solution, you’restill having trouble, call Samsung at 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864).PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTIONThe range is notlevel.The appliance has been installedimproperly.• Place the oven rack in the center of theoven. Place a level on the oven rack.Adjust the leveling legs at the base of therange until the oven rack is level.• Insure the floor is level and strong andstable enough to adequately support therange.The floor is sagging or sloping. • Contact a carpenter to correct thesituation.The kitchen cabinets are notproperly aligned and make therange appear to be not level.• Insure the cabinets are square and providesufficient room for installation.The appliancemust be accessedfor servicing andcannot be movedeasily.The kitchen cabinets are notsquare and built too tightly in to theappliance.• Contact a builder or installer to make theappliance accessible.Carpet is interfering withmovement of the range.• Provide sufficient space so the range canbe lifted over the carpet.The oven controlbeeps and displaysan F error code.You have a function error code.CODE CAUSE-SE- Shorted keyE-27 Oven sensor openedE-28 Oven sensor shortedE-08 Oven heating errorE-0A Oven heating overE-0E Door locking error• Press the CLEAR/OFF pad and restartthe oven. If the problem persists,disconnect all power to the range for atleast 30 seconds and then reconnect thepower. If this does not solve the problem,call for service.The surface unitswill not maintaina rolling boil orwill not cook fastenough.Improper cookware is being used. • Use pans which are flat and match thediameter of the surface unit selected.In some areas, the power (voltage)may be low.• Cover the pan with a lid until the desiredheat is obtained.The surface unitswill not turn on.A fuse in your home may be blownor the circuit breaker tripped.• Replace the fuse or reset the circuitbreaker.The cooktop controls are setimproperly.• Check to see the correct control is set forthe surface unit you are using.The surface unitstops glowing whenchanged to a lowersetting.This is normal.
