Hotel User Guide Printing a PMS Report46Õ PRINTING A PMS REPORTThe PMS (Property Management System) report shows all activitieslogged in the system. This includes all the individual actions carriedout for each room such as items added/deleted, bills printed, statusflags set/changed, and so on.If the printer port is configured to log PMS information you will see aprintout formatted to show the following details for each logged activ-ity. (See the Samsung Hotel Installation & Programming Manual fordetails of configuring the printer port.)Room No./Date/Time/Item No. /Description/Details/CostFor example:The ‘Details’ column provides more information on an item. For ex-ample, TAX if the item is VAT; the staff code of the person enteringthe item (if the use of staff codes is programmed in the system); thelength of the phone call if the item is TEL; and so on. |
