Hotel User Guide Basic Administration37STAFF LOCATIONThis feature allows you to quickly see in which rooms staff membersare located. To work correctly:• you need a special SLOCAT key programmed on the Administra-tor’s phone;• the Administrator’s phone requires a dedicated key for eachroom, and you may therefore need more than one add-on mod-ule (AOM) depending on the number of rooms;• each guest-room phone should have a programmed SLOCATkey, or an SLOCAT access code should be programmed in thesystem;• staff will require their own codes in order to register their locationusing guest-room phones.If you have a programmed SLOCAT access code, enter it here:Registering Your Location via the Guest-Room Phone1. Press the SLOCAT keyOREnter the SLOCAT access code (see above).Display shows:Enter Staff Code2. Enter your 4-digit staff code. You will hear a confirmation toneand the display returns to normal. |
