For example, a guest mayrequest a checkout later than the programmed checkout time anddoes not wish to be charged for an extra day.NOTE: To use the HOTEL key for setting a room on hold, see section 3, Using theHOTEL Key.PROCEDURE1. Press the CHOUT (Check Out) key. Display shows:Enter RoomNUMBER:2. Enter the room number. Display shows:Check Out RoomYES HOLD PRINT3. Select HOLD. The status flag is set to ‘on hold’ and will not in-crease the room bill at the programmed checkout time.4. Press the SPEAKER key to exit the procedure.
