Wake On feature is only supported for AndroidOS devices and can only be used via YouTube andNetflix applications.In order to use this feature the TV and the remotedevice should be connected at least once while theTV is on. If the TV is powered off, the connectionshould be re-established, the next time it is switchedon. Otherwise this feature will be unavailable. Thisdoes not apply, when the TV is switched into thestandby mode.If you want your TV to consume less power in standbymode, you can disable this feature by setting the WakeOn option as Off.Connectivity TroubleshootingWireless Network Not Available• Ensure that any firewalls of your network allow theTV wireless connection.• Try searching for wireless networks again, using theNetwork menu screen.If the wireless network does not function properly, tryusing the wired network in your home. Refer to theWired Connectivity section for more information onthe process.If the TV does not function using the wired connection,check the modem (router). If the router does not have aproblem, check the internet connection of your modem.Connection is SlowSee the instruction book of your wireless modem toget information on the internal service area, connectionspeed, signal quality and other settings. You need tohave a high speed connection for your modem.Disruption during playback or slow reactionsYou could try the following in such a case:Keep at least three meters distance from microwaveovens, mobile telephones, bluetooth devices or anyother WLAN compatible devices. Try changing theactive channel on the WLAN router.Internet Connection Not Available / Audio VideoSharing Not WorkingIf the MAC address (a unique identifier number) of yourPC or modem has been permanently registered, it ispossible that your TV might not connect to the internet.In such a case, the MAC address is authenticatedeach time when you connect to the internet. This is aprecaution against unauthorized access. Since yourTV has its own MAC address, your internet serviceprovider cannot validate the MAC address of your TV.For this reason, your TV cannot connect to the internet.Contact your internet service provider and requestinformation on how to connect a different device, suchas your TV, to the internet.It is also possible that the connection may not beavailable due to a firewall problem. If you think thiscauses your problem, contact your internet serviceprovider. A firewall might be the reason of a connectivityand discovery problem while using the TV in AudioVideo Sharing mode or while browsing via Audio VideoSharing feature.Invalid DomainEnsure that you have already logged on to your PC withan authorized username/password and also ensurethat your domain is active, prior to sharing any files inyour media server program on your PC. If the domainis invalid, this might cause problems while browsingfiles in Audio Video Sharing mode.Using Audio Video Sharing Network ServiceAudio Video Sharing feature uses a standard thateases the viewing process of digital electronics andmakes them more convenient to use on a homenetwork.This standard allows you to view and play photos,music and videos stored in the media server connectedto your home network.1. Server Software InstallationThe Audio Video Sharing feature cannot be used if theserver programme is not installed onto your PC or ifthe required media server software is not installed ontothe companion device. Prepare your PC with a properserver programme.2. Connect to a Wired or Wireless NetworkSee the Wired/Wireless Connectivity chapters fordetailed configuration information.3. Enable Audio Video SharingEnter the Settings>System>More menu andenable the AVS option.4. Play Shared Files via Media BrowserHighlight the AVS option in the Sources menu by usingthe directional buttons and press OK. Available mediaserver devices in the network will be listed. Select oneand press OK to continue. The media browser willthen be displayed.Refer to the Media Browser menu section for furtherinformation on file playback.If a problem occurs with the network, switch yourtelevision off at the wall socket and back on again.Trick mode and jump are not supported with the AudioVideo Sharing feature.
