Mount the camera.The camera can be mounted in the following ways.• Do not mount the camera where the sun light directly hits the camera or inoutdoor-type housing without a temperature control system. The camera maymalfunction due to high temperature.• When you mount the camera, always hook the AC adaptor cord to the hook.NoteHook forAC adaptor cord• This product is for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors.• The camera may become warm. This is not a malfunction.• Mount the camera where the AC adaptor can reach the power outlet, or use anextension cord (customer-provided).• Do not mount the camera upside down, since the image will be displayed upsidedown.Make sure the indicator isalways in the upper rightcorner.TopBottomStand Mount Tripod MountStand/TripodMounting HoleTripod(customer-provided)Ceiling Mount• Do not mount the camera upside down, since the image will be displayedupside down.• We recommend only mounting the camera using the provided hardware.Mounting in any other manner may cause the camera to fall, resulting inpersonal injury or damage to the camera.• To reduce the load on the mounting hardware, dress the cables neatly andsecure with tape.• Disconnect all cables from the camera. Reconnect the cables after mountingthe camera.• The included screws are only for a wooden ceiling.• Mount the camera on a stable location such as a wooden column. Otherwise,the camera may fall down and break.• Do not mount the camera on a softmaterial. This maydamage the Stand/Tripod MountingHole.• The camera cannot be mounteddepending on the shape of thecamera platform.NoteConnect the AC adaptor cord (andEthernet cable, if necessary) to thecamera and dress the cables neatlyand secure with tape (customer-provided).Loosen the Position Lock located onthe rear side of the Flexible Stand,and turn the Mounting Screw toattach the camera.Loosen the Position Lock located onthe rear side of the Flexible Stand,and turn the Mounting Screw toattach the camera.Connect the AC adaptor cord (andEthernet cable, if necessary) to thecamera and dress the cables neatlyand secure with tape (customer-provided).NoteLoosen the Position Lock locatedon the rear side of the FlexibleStand.Adjust the angle, thenfasten the Position Lock.FlexibleStandStand/TripodMounting HolePosition LockMounting ScrewTurn the Mounting Screw toattach the camera.Mount the Flexible Stand firmly to theceiling with the two screws (included).Mount the Flexible Stand firmly to thewall with the two screws (included).Allow sufficient space between theceiling and the Flexible Stand toturn the Position Lock.Allow sufficient spacebetween the wall andthe Flexible Stand toturn the Position Lock. |
