20There are two different methods for hard disk setup.Oneis for installing a hard disk inside the personal computer,and one is for using an external hard disk unit (optional).n When installing a hard disk inside thepersonal computerl SCSI ID SettingSet the SCSI IDs as shown below. "0" is recommended.When setting another number and using an optional harddisk box, make sure that none of the SCSI IDs are dupli-cated.Note: Set SCSI ID to other than "7".HARD DISK SETUPl Termination SettingSet the termination as shown below.Insert jumpers.Note: When two hard disks are installed, make their set-tings for the SCSI IDs and terminations the same.l Installing the hard diskNote: Only SCSI hard disk drives with a capacity of 2Gor 4G can be installed inside the personal computer.Operation is not guaranteed if a hard disk with alarger capacity (for example, 9G) is installed. Toinstall a hard disk with a larger capacity, use thehard disk box (optional).Note: Up to two SCSI hard disks can be installed insidethe personal computer.
