Refer to “Sanitizing Procedure” for removal ofalgae and slime. To initiate a cleaning cycle usingManitowoc’s Cleaning Technology use the followingprocedure.Step 1 To start a cleaning cycle, move the toggleswitch to the CLEAN position. Water will flow throughthe water dump valve and down the drain.Step 2 Remove the cover from the top of the icechute. Wait about one minute then add the properamount of Manitowoc Ice Machine Cleaner and re-install cover.! CautionUse only Manitowoc approved Ice MachineCleaner part number 000000084.
